Hydroclean Exteriors – Terms & Conditions


Welcome to Hydroclean Exteriors. We are committed to providing professional, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Hydroclean Exteriors and our clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction. 


1. Agreement to Terms

By booking our services, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


2. Business Name

These terms apply to services provided under the Hydroclean Exteriors brand and any associated trading names.


3. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations are based on the agreed frequency and scope of services. Adjusting the service frequency or scope may result in a price adjustment. Transparent Pricing: All quotes include VAT (where applicable) and are free from hidden fees.


4. Scheduling & Notifications

Clients will receive appointment reminders via SMS or email 24 hours before service. Specific times cannot always be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, and other factors.


5. Three Clean Minimum Policy

To ensure consistent service and scheduling efficiency, our window cleaning services are subject to a three (3) clean minimum commitment for all regular customers. 

Customers agree to a minimum of three (3) consecutive cleaning appointments at the agreed 6 weekly frequency.

If a customer cancels before completing the three clean minimum, a charge equivalent to the remaining cleans may apply.

After the initial three cleans are completed, customers will continue on a rolling basis.


6. What to Expect from Window Cleaning

Our pure water cleaning system is extremely effective at cleaning general dirt and pollution from your windows, however, if you have builders' residue (such as paint, render and concrete), stickers or adhesive, staining/discolouration on the windows or frames from chemicals, rust and UV bleaching of frames, pure water will not be effective at removing these and will require a restoration/deeper clean. Please notify us before your first clean.


7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work! If you are not satisfied with the service provided, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to resolve the issue free of charge. Some cleaning services may require multiple visits to achieve the best results. We appreciate your patience during this process.


8. Scheduling and Delays

While we aim to maintain regular 6-weekly cleaning schedules, there may be occasional delays due to staffing issues or unforeseen circumstances outside our control. In such cases, cleans may be delayed but will never be more than one week behind schedule.

Our services are carried out in most weather conditions. However, cleaning may be postponed in cases of: Heavy rain / High winds / Electrical storms / Snow

We will notify clients of rescheduled appointments as soon as possible.


9. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Standard Notice: Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.

First-Time Exception: We waive cancellation fees for first-time cancellations if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Charges: Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a 50% service fee.

Contracts: Commercial clients with fixed-term contracts will be charged for the remaining contract value if terminated prematurely.


10. Liability

While we take every precaution to avoid damage, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.


11. Access Restrictions

If access to any part of your property is restricted, we will clean accessible areas and charge 75% of the total cost. For safety reasons, we cannot move heavy items, such as furniture or equipment, to gain access.


12. Payment Terms

Residential Clients: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Commercial Clients: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

We accept bank transfer where the customer isn’t agreeable to pay via our preferred method of GoCardless. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

Direct Debit Payment (GoCardless) - For regular window cleaning customers, we encourage signing up for GoCardless for seamless payments. Payments are collected 3–5 days after cleaning.

No Clean, No Payment: Payments are only processed after services are completed.


13. Bespoke Risk Assessments

Certain jobs may require tailored Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs). If necessary, this may involve an additional site visit.


14. Amendments

Hydroclean Exteriors reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Updates will be published here on our website.
